Professional and amazing service! 5/16/2011

My wife and sister-in-law were flying into town for a concert and I wanted to surprise them by making the experience a little more special. Mike was extremely helpful in making the arrangements, and Shawn, the driver, was very professional and courteous the entire time. Always on time and accessible if anything changed. My wife and sister-in-laws visit was even more enjoyable with the experience that Mike and his crew help deliver. The next time that we are in town, we will definitely using their services again. more

I rented a limo for my son's prom. The limo was beautiful and very reasonably priced! The driver was AWESOME! He was super nice and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this company!!! more

Best Time Ever 2/28/2011

We rented the pink hummer for my daughter's 21st birthday. I dealt with Mike with the booking and he was very courteous and helpful. We had a fantastic time in the limo. You should have seen my daughter's excitement when she saw the pink limo in our driveway to take us to a concert and nightclub at Hard Rock Casino. Eric was our driver and he was the nicest guy. He did everything he could to make our evening enjoyable. If you need a limo, do not rent from anyone else in Tulsa! more

Pink Hummer Limo was awesome!! 2/26/2011

We rented the pink hummer limo for my daughter & niece's 16th birthday on February 19th and it was awesome! The girls had an awesome time, the limo took them to Patron's in Stigler then dropped them off at the VFW where the party was, then the older folks got to ride & they had had as much fun as the younger kids! Todd our driver was awesome! We had the best service ever!!I will use Kristal again!! more

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the great service on Tuesday night. Your recommended restaurant was superb; we couldn't believe how good the food was. Much better than where we originally had planned. Brian was a great driver and his recommendation for the nightclub and the live band was a great end to the evening. I will definitely be using your service again should we need a limo in Tulsa! more

Wow! For my wife's birthday... we invited two other couples for dinner and scheduled your limo to 'pick us up' at the restaurant for the Christmas Light Tour... Everything was perfect!! The driver was very professional and took a sincere interest in our evening... and the limo was awesome... again what a perfect evening celebration... we intend to do this again... more

But better than that, Mike, you showed me exceptional customer service, more than I expected, and exactly what I needed to plan the perfect bachelorette party for a bunch of moms who hardly get a chance to do anything like that. We were able to have the most fun we have ever had, singing and laughing!! Scott too was exceptionally kind and patient with us. I cannot say enough about your superb service!! He did a great job and took great care of us!!!!! He was great with our girls!! (Always kind and patient.) He really made it an experience they will not forget. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the limousine experience on Friday. Eric showed up a few minutes early, and was there to help make our night so much fun. The Excursion was BEAUTIFUL!! There ended up being 10 people in our group, so we had plenty of room. The champagne was great! Eric played along well with us at the airport and really helped make the night wonderful. Thank you so much for providing the service. Mike, I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful evening on 8 April 2010. The Limo was an excellent addition to a Great weekend. This was my first Limo rental and the experience was very positive. Your explanation and Scott's expertise and flexibility was great. I was relieved that the timelines were not so precise. I was trying to plan everything to the minute. Scott was there early and everything worked out fine. I will use your service for all my future Limo needs. I will also recommend your company to all my friends and coworkers. An outstanding experience! 2/1/2010

An outstanding experience! It all went just as I had hoped for. To celebrate my wife's birthday, I arranged a surprise. Eric arrived at our home at the precise time I had arranged to drive seven of us from Bartlesville to Tulsa for dinner, and back home to Bartlesville. The limousine was clean and well stocked with refreshments. Eric made us feel welcome and special. At the conclusion of dinner, I called Eric who was parked at the front door of the restaurant when we walked out. Giving a stranger your credit card number over the phone was a bit scary. Wondering if anyone would show up to pick us up. It absolutely could not have gone any better! Thank you for making this a remarkable and memorable experience! I will not hesitate in recommending Kristal Limousine. Hiring a limousine is a real treat! more

We are going to do a light tour next week and my son asked for Eric to be our driver again. We've used other limo services but will use Kristal from now on! more
