I had an immediate need to send flowers to St. Croix to a very special friend for her birthday. I called what I thought were the major companies because I thought they could accommodate; after being disappointed call after call I came across Kremp Florist information, not only were they able to get the flowers delivered within 2 hours after I ordered it, but they were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future!!! more

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered through Teleflora, I would have saved myself the embarrassment of having given my mothers flower arrangements a first grader is capable of making. I ordered an arrangement that was suppose to include cr?me roses, white spray roses, gladioli, miniature white carnations, lisanthius and waxflower to be delivered in an antique silver hurricane Mercury Glass Vase. Instead I got carnations in a plastic cup. Yes, you read that correctly. Replace the roses with cheap carnations and replace the mercury glass vase with a plastic cup. I am beyond infuriated that I spent $76.40 for carnations in a plastic cup. I am so incredibly embarrassed at how cheap this looks I didn't give them to my mother. It is beyond disgraceful. I am contesting this with Teleflora tomorrow and if that avails to nothing I am contesting this with my bank about defective merchandise. That's how awful it is. Oh and they delivered at 7:45 at night on Valentine's Day and the few roses that were present are shriveled. I don't dish out $76.40 for carnations in a plastic cup. I'm shocked this company is still in business. Awful service, awful flower arrangement, and awful plastic cups. At least I've learned my lesson, in the future never trust a florist or order from them. I've had no flower arrangement experience and could have done a better job blind folded and missing both hands. I feel conned right now and am beyond pissed off. more

I ordered through Teleflora, the PremiumTwo Sweet Bouquet, which was 15 Tulips in a heart vase. Kremp was chosen by Teleflora to fill the order. The delivery person was banging on the door before 9AM, just awful. Then I open the box, and it was not 15 tulips, was not even 10 tulips (which was the standard version of this bouquet) it was a terrible arrangement of carnations, some of which were browning, others were NOT EVEN OPEN YET. It was a disgusting bouquet that was shameful to show my wife. I immediately called Kremp and they gave me a completely illogical run around. They said that they only get a dollar amount of the order and full it to that dollar amount. ITS CLEAR TO SEE THAT THE TWO SWEET BOUQUET IS SUPPOSED TO BE TULIPS. A 1 MINUTE GOOGLE SEARCH YIELDS THAT. more

This web site has several big blurbs advertising that they deliver nationwide. I attempted to order some flowers for delivery. According to the site, the area I needed was available, and the flowers could be delivered on a Sunday. It turned out that neither of these things were true, and my order was not placed at all. Kremp did try to contact me once (two days before the scheduled delivery) to let me know there was an issue. However, my issue is not with their lack of contact; it is with the false advertising on their web site. I would not recommend them as an online retailer. more

I've used this place on several occasions- Valentine's Day, Christmas, Birthday and Anniversary and have gotten the greatest compliments from the recipients of my gifts. The roses are always gorgeous and the deliveries always show up on time. The people there are ultra friendly and help me choose the best item each time I call. They even deliver on Sundays! I wouldn't call anyone else. more

I placed an order for an arrangement to be sent through FTD and have not dealt directly with Kremps, but would not recommend them nor FTD. The arrangement I had ordered was intended as a surprise which Kremps ruined. They first delivered someone else's fruit basket instead of the floral arrangement. When my friend called Kremps to let them know that he had received someone else's item, the girl on the phone then proceeded to tell him what was intended to be sent and exactly what was written in the card. By the time the correct item had arrived, the surprise was gone and some of the petals on the gerbera daisies had creases through them as if they had been smashed against something. When I contacted FTD, they suggested I have my friend take a picture of the damaged flowers to email to them. As if I was not embarrassed enough by the flawed gift, I was now expected to further the insult by putting him to work to attain any sort of compensation from either FTD or Kremps. As far as I'm concerned, I've thrown $62 in the garbage for half a dozen damaged daisies. I'd have been better off buying them at the local supermarket and delivering them myself. Never again! more

I've been using Kremp?s for several years now -- first to send flowers to my in-laws in England. It's not easy trying to ensure my family there gets quality flowers when a special occasion arises -- like it did when my husband's aunt turned 70, and then his dad, did. We've also sent his sister in England flowers. Each time, Kremp's partnered with a reliable vendor in the small cities where my husband's families live. And, each time, the end result was phone calls of thanks from our relatives -- all saying how lovely the bouquets were. And, complicated orders are easy for Kremp's too -- I recently coordinated the delivery of 3 bouquets to women in a creative women's group I'm in -- each was having a surgical procedure. Again, Kremps suggested great seasonal flower arrangements in my stated price point (bouquets in hand-carved pumpkins!), and coordinated the delivery to three locations (one remote via a partner). ALL arrived on time, and again were amazing looking. The women all raved about the flowers and pumpkins. The last time I used Kremp's was for a delivery to someone I volunteer for with ALS. This woman was touched by the again lovely seasonal display of fall flowers (the types SPECIFICALLY selected due to her being asthmatic). Kremps rose to the challenge again, and my friend kept e-mailing me updates on how nice the flowers still looked days later -- telling me which buds had blossomed, etc. I'd use/recommend Kremp's again in a heartbeat! This year for my mom's 50th birthday I decided to send her flowers. Ordering flowers can be very intimidating for someone who knows nothing about them. I found Kremp Florist online. Their website was unbeleivable; not only did they have many gift ideas to offer, but their website was easy to use. I spoke with a sales representative who was very friendly and helpful. We decided on flowers and chocolate. My mom received it by noon on her birthday. The flowers were bright, fragrant, and absolutely beautiful. The chocolate was delcious, as well. Kremp was very professional, helpful, and affordable. I would definitely recommend Kremp Florist to anyone and everyone. Kremp Florist has been around for many-many years. They are reasonably priced. There's a gentleman name Ed that is an EXTREME EXPERT with floral arrangements and he does an aw some job with Funeral arrangements. Our family has always requested him do do our arrangements for all of our past funerals. I remember last year when my mother passed away he was in Delaware and came back to do my moms flowers for her funeral. more

I had to order a rosary made out of sweetheart roses for my Grandmother in laws' funeral from my son.\r They did such a beautiful job fashioning it that every one cried and we buried my grandmother in law with that rosary with her. more

I ordered an arrangement off the website. It was so quick and easy!! They have a great selection and the arrangement I ended up choosing was EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! I called to check if everything was going okay with my order and the customer service was spectacular! They assured me that it was out on the road and it was being handled with care. I've tried several shops in Philadelphia and the suburbs and these guys are definitely the best. They've been around forever and you can tell that they care about their customers. I've even spoken directly to one of the Kremps when placing my order. Everyone is always helpful and the flowers are delivered on time. Their website is super easy to use and makes it easy to pick things out. My girlfriend said the Valentine's Day roses were the nicest she's ever received. I order 5 or 6 times a year and the staff is always friendly and caring. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my business. Pros: Family run, open every day, quality is always great. Flowers ordered for Valentines Day delivery were not delivered until the 18th---and it was clear they had been in the box all that time. When I called the ""customer service"" line ""satisfaction quaranteed"" (!) I was told that because the flowers were ordered by FTD the company couldn't guarentee same day delivery, despite what FTD said. If that's the case, they should quit doing FTD delivery! Furthermore, the representative did not even attempt to be polite. If I had just heard one ""I'm sorry you didn't receive the flowers on time,"" I'd be happy. Instead I was treated rudely and told it was my fault. I would never use this company again. Cons: Poor customer service more

I had placed an order on line for flowers to be delivered to my mother in law and payed the extra for them to be delivered on a certain day and they were not delivered on the day i payed for. i am very upset about it and when I had called they kept saying they would call me back and let me know after they found out more info on it.
