I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your excellent customer service! I live in Missouri and was attempting to send flowers to my sister in Philly on her birthday and had some negative experiences with other flower shops in the Philly area. I placed my order late on your website but you still attempted to deliver the African violet plant on the same day by calling my sister's work to confirm she would be there to receive them. When you were told that she would be leaving early, you called me to ask if you could deliver them at her home address instead. My sister received the flowers on her birthday and loved them. Thank you for going the extra mile to help me surprise her on her birthday. I will definitely recommend your services! Thank you for a job very well done. more

Our wedding flowers so were beautiful, more than I could ever imagined. The staff at Kremps were so accommodating and available to answer questions. I was recommended by other friends who were brides and I would recommend Kremps to upcoming brides. more

Anytime I need flowers delivered, I always seem to lean towards Kremp. It's always easy to order and they always deliver right on time. I wouldn't get flowers anywhere else!! more
