It is always scary finding a new dentist, so I hoped I had chosen well with Kramer. Upon calling to book my very first appointment, I was snubbed by the receptionest who told me there would be a three month wait for my first checkup. Three months later I arrived and stood in front of the desk for five minutes before anyone even looked up to greet me. I was escorted into the exam room for x rays and a cleaning. After which a dentist rushed in and told me he didn't deal with patients with my insurance, so someone else would be working on my teeth. He didn't even look in my direction when he spoke to me. I have good dental hygene, but they were so rough that I could hardly brush my teeth for the next week. I was told I needed a filling and was booked for the ""next available"" 10 weeks later. The day before my appt, a receptionest called to ask if I could be seen earlier in the day. The next morning she called to tellme to stick to the original time. When I showed up for my appt, I again sat for nearly ten minutes waiting. The dentist took me to the room and told me that since I was ten minutes late they would be unable to do my fillings. She told me that they book every half hour (kind of scary to be so rushed for serious dental work). I was having pain, and was told that I would have to rebook my appt. and was again offered something ten week later, and informed that they have hundreds of other patients. The staff and doctors here are rude, rushed and horrible to deal with. In the end I ended up switching to a new office which has been 100% better. Stay away from this dental factory!
