Hot Food at Kool Beanz 1/17/2007

This place gets an A+ for service and food. I got there early for lunch. The prices were reasonable, the service was professional, and the food was amazing. While there menu changes often, if you find creme brulee on the dessert menu, you should try it. more

For TAllahassee... this is the best restaurant within miles! lovely presentation, fresh ingredients, and a constantly changing chef. the desserts are always a treat; as with most places within the college town of FSU and FAMU, there will often be quite a wait; pass the line and sit at the 'bar' overlooking the kitchen. it'll give you an entertaining view, and save you a lengthy wait! more

The decor is eclectic and fun. The atmosphere is casual; the service is friendly, professional and attentive. But the food is the main event and it is out of this WORLD. The sauces and unusual combinations make the dining experience unique. DO NOT pass up the dessert menu, and if possible, sit at the counter and watch the kitchen at work. This is gourmet dining at its casual best. The place is small and you may have to wait a little while for a seat. The wait is well worth the time. Bon Appetit! more
