We used to take our cars to the Dealers but no more. I like supporting my local businesses and the people at Kniesel's listen and thoroughly explain the service needs. The Dealer recommended additional services which I found the car didn't need. I trust Kniesel's to be straight with me and now bring two of our cars here (the other has to be serviced at the dealer or I would bring it too). Plus it's a nice place to wait, with a quiet waiting room. more

I think Kniesel's Auto Service Center is honest, extremely friendly, and personable. They've always done a good job. They've done a lot: they've done multiple oil changes and rebuilt my daughter's car. Kniesel's Auto Service Center has worked on three of our cars so far and we've used them for about 1-2 years. They're honest and do a good job. Darren the manager is personable and trustworthy, and knows what he's talking about. Angie Clark more

pleased with the service 8/20/2011

I was very pleased at the outcome of my car problem,the only thing I was unhappy about was the time I was without a car. This being my only mode of transportation, it was difficult to be without it for a couple of days. The other thing I would say is that if you make an appt. for a certain time that time frame should be met asap. I was there 2 hours and my car was not touched. Your staff was more than satisfactory and your service when completed was more than expected. Thank you more

Brought the truck in for smog check 8/19/2011

Hi, I brought my truck in for the smog check and had that done.Upon review of my trucks maintenance, it was noticed that the coolant/transmission fluids looked discolored, so I had that changed also. All in all, was very satisfied with all that was done to the vehicle. more

Lots of new people in the office.This time we didn't feel the same, it was like they didn't have the time. Would like to know were everyone went to? Matt took really great care of us. 8/12/2011

My husband and I recognized that we had a waterpump going out so we did an earlybird drop off...matt was prompt to call us the next mornIng to let us know he received our order to check it...they did the test and told us we were right and then fixed it and let us know we should probably do the serpentiel belt as well...and the cost was not that much more since they were already in the area. We had our truck back by the end of the day. When we went to pick up our truck, Matt was very courteous and walked me out to my truck...to my surprised they had washed it too, so it not only runs great but looked great too! Thank you kneisels! more
