Kniesel's genually cares for their customer's and their cars. 10/30/2011

Even though my car problems were a mystery to the mechanics, Kniesel's took it to the dealership and paid for all the diognostics & repairs without charging me, and even paid for my rental. more

Courteous and easy 10/27/2011

I took my car in to be smogged. I set the appointment to have this done on my way in to work. The process took about the same amount of time that I had been told. The service manager was polite and courteous. The waiting room was very comfortable.I was offered suggestions for future service but not made to feel like I was doing something wrong if I chose not to do those things. more

Water pump replacement 10/25/2011

The service I receive from your company is excellent. Mike, who helped me yesterday, is very helpful and explains what needs to be done and what has been done. He is always pleasant and wants to make everyones experience with your company better. It's nice to know someone cares. 10/18/2011

I've worked with Kniesel's as a subcontractor for over 4 years now and wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else. I get a behind the scenes view of how they care about workmanship and the product they put back on the road. Previously in taking my car to JiffyLube I didn't know any better but always left feeling taken advantage of by their intake person. At Kniesel's I know I'll get an honest eval of my car's safety concerns compared to what things can wait till my next visit. more

I was a first time customer that was treated like I've been going there for years. All the possible costs were given up front so there would be no surprises during my service and then they tried to reduce the cost as much as possible while doing the service. I will be back for any more services my vehicles require. more

Repair followup 10/13/2011

This was a 2nd visit to take care of a problem that I spent over $3,000 to have fixed and there was no charge for 2nd visit. They kept the vehicle for almost 2 full days running all kinds of tests and recalibrating some of the electronics, which should have been done at the time of the intial repair. more

Top Notch Company 10/11/2011

I have been a customer for nearly 6 years and I wouldn't be leaving them now. I can always count on them to fit me in (needed new wipers after one fell off in an all day rain event) to get me back on the road safely.
