Karleen Byrnes was awesome at Borton Volvo, but Kline has always been a better customer experience, so thrilled she is in Maplewood now! \r \r Karleen helped me out of an upside down car payment and into my first ever brand new Volvo! 2014 XC60 T6! They're even shipping it in from Ohio so I could get EXACTLY what I wanted. \r \r This is my 5th Volvo, and even though I've strayed away to BMW and Saab in the past, I keep coming back to my first love! Let Karleen give you that same experience! more

I am very pleased with the service I received from Melissa Daugherty at Kline. I stopped in on a whim and a few weeks later had ?whimmed? myself into the idea of my dream Volvo! Kline didn?t have it in stock, but Melissa worked hard to find me my little fantasy car. She took great efforts to secure a decent trade in, and was patient and kind in answering all my questions and concerns, and easygoing with my indecisiveness. She continued to work with me after the sale in finding the accessories and mod parts that I was visualizing for my car. I cannot say enough about Melissa. She led me through what should have been a terrifying-for-me process (my very first car buying experience ?on my own?) and made it heartening and satisfying. more

Wonderful Experience 3/26/2012

I normally do not enjoy buying cars due to salespeople and or dealerships not always having the most ethical people and processes. It seems that no matter what they are usually out to "win" and don't really care if you are happy in the end. My experience with Jessica at Kline Volvo was just the opposite. She never pushed me, but always gave me enough information to allow me to make the right decision for myself. When I first met Jessica I couldn't even believe she was a sales person, and then I found out she was the sales manager! No wonder her entire team was so wonderful through out the purchase, she has really set a culture of respect for customers. My Kline Volvo experience was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They didn't even push extended warranties, but again gave me the information I needed and did not try to pressure me into it. Can't say I have ever had that experience before. Then the final step included a detailed review that went over every function and feature of my new car. When I left Kline that day I knew how everything worked in my car, another first for me. I would highly recommend Jessica, her Team and Kline to anyone looking for the most positive car purchase experience, not to mention the amazing car you will take home. more

Kline Volvo took the stress out of the car buying process! 6/9/2011

I have owned Volvo's for 30+ years and this car purchase has been the most enjoyable time I have spent buying a car. I live in Minnetonka so I wouldn't normally drive to Maplewood but I saw a newspaper ad they had advertised that intrigued me. I have loved all of my Volvos but I never felt completely satisfied with the service department I was using, so I decided it was worth the drive to see if Kline ad was actually legit. Needless to say, I drove home in a brand new Volvo S60 T6 a few hours later! I don't make impulsive decisions, EVER but it was hard not to with the deal the offered me. I have enjoyed my new car since the day I drove off their lot. Even though I live 35+ minutes away, I stop in a catch up with the employees at the store who also know me by first name and greet me as if I'm a family member of theirs. For me, Kline Volvo is similar to the Cheers theme song: ""if you wanna go where everyone knows your name"". more

Couldn't Be Happier 3/2/2011

I have owned 3 Volvo's. I have always bought through Borton and had great service. I bought a C30 from Kline last summer. I had a problem with my car and they really bent over backwards to fix it for me. LOVE THEM! more

Grant at Kline Volvo 1/25/2011

I had a very pleasant time purchasing my R-Design XC60 from Kline Volvo. I worked with a gentleman named Grant who found the needle in the haystack for me. I knew exactly what SUV I wanted and I knew that they were rare and hard to find because I did I national search for this car and I came up empty handed. Grant found the exact vehicle I was looking for that happened to be located on the complete opposite side of the country. It took a while for the car to get to the dealership but Grant was always in communication with me on the estimated time of arrival. When the vehicle was dropped off at the store, Grant stayed late to make sure I could pick it up right away. I really feel that Grant demonstrated fantastic customer service and I just wanted to share my experience with others. Thanks Grant for all of your hard work. more

kline volvo is AWESOME! 11/5/2010

i recently purchased a volvo s40 from craigslist, but brought it to kline volvo, and they inpected the vehicle for me, before i made my purchase! talk about awesome! after i bought the car, i had kline do all 4 brakes, and throw on 4 new tires. i have since put 3,000 miles on it, and it rolls like a dream. the staff at kline was friendly and courteous. more

Kline Nissan Stay away 6/3/2008

I have purchased 4 Sentras and an SE-R over the years. The last was a 2008 from Kline. Paid the price they wanted. 2 miles down the road, I noticed a cut in the door panel vinyl. I called them on my cell. They told me 'no problem, we'll fix it'. Since I had driven 250 miles to do the deal, I trusted them and continued home. Three weeks later they asked for a photo which sent right away. Now they had changed their tune. They would patch it. Not on my new car! I called Nissan USA and spoke with a rep. He said that since 30 days had passed they would not replace it on warranty. I contacted the MN Better Bussiness Bureau. They thought patching was just fine and I was not co-operating.
