Oid change and detailing 8/19/2013

I called and asked about getting an oil change and detailing to my car and what they said is that I could just come in and no appointment was needed. When I got there they told me they didn't have a lot of staff on duty so it would be a while. I was okay with that as long as everything got done however after about an hour I got a phone call letting me know they could not do the detailing and that they could only do the oil change. I wish they would have told me this earlier as I wouldn't have waiting so long. Their right hand needs to talk to their left hand sort of saying a lot sooner because when you leave a customer waiting it is not cool. more

Called ahead to see what the wait was for oil change. They said there was not a wait. when I go there they said it would take 1 - 1 hr 15min. It ended up taking 1 hr 35min. Overall service was good. more

Helpful and friendly service 8/14/2013

I've gone to Klein Honda twice, once for a routine oil change and once to get my recall issue fixed. Both times everyone was very helpful and it's great that they take walk-ins for service. more

Very helpful 6/30/2013

I recently bought a Honda Pilot from Kline Honda of Everett and I have to say they were very helpful and patient. I was very specific of what I was looking for and the sales associate, Mike, that I was working with was never pushy. He would send me text and pics of new cars coming in and when we found what I was looking for I came in right away and left with a new car that day. Thanks Mike and Kline Honda. We will be back. more

Steve took great care of us in the service. Made the appoointment, dropped the car off, went on vacation. When we got back home everything was done as promised. The shuttle driver even stayed a half hour late to pick my wife up! Wow! nice work! Doc more
