Review content:
I called and asked about getting an oil change and detailing to my car and what they said is that I could just come in and no appointment was needed. When I got there they told me they didn't have a lot of staff on duty so it would be a while. I was okay with that as long as everything got done however after about an hour I got a phone call letting me know they could not do the detailing and that they could only do the oil change. I wish they would have told me this earlier as I wouldn't have waiting so long. Their right hand needs to talk to their left hand sort of saying a lot sooner because when you leave a customer waiting it is not cool.
