We had a vision for updating our bath and they gave it to us. The tile guys were perfectionists and cleaned up after the work daily. Contractor was helpful in the creative process. We love our new bath. Best thing about them was they ALWAYS responded to our calls and worked through a couple of problems professionally. This stuff is always a hassle and takes longer than one plans, but we would use them again. more

Kitchen & Bath Wizards redid my kitchen and did a beautiful job. They expanded an island and installed granite counter tops. The installation went smoothly. Everything was very organized and finished on time. I appreciated how they were able to make suggestions and help me make decisions. They are very knowledgeable about all of the different variables that go into it. Surprisingly, they are also very reasonably priced. Everything looks wonderful! more

The workers were super and seemed to be great in their chosen skill set. They left the area clean and some of them went 'above and beyond'. Kitchen & Bath Wizards have been excellent about following up on the little things at the end. And were very helpful up front with getting things picked out. They worked with me to make sure we were all on the same page with each step of the process, but this job should have been handled in a more organized, efficient manner. As far as I can tell there was no plan in place when the job started so it felt like 'by the seat of your pants'. The supplies were not ordered in a timely manner. I would recommend Kitchen and Bath Wizards because I think the disorganization might have been a fluke and not the norm. more

Went to Kitchen and Bath Wizards looking for counter top and got kitchen cabinets, floor tile, carpet and walk in shower. They use experienced craftsman and it shows in the quality of their work. The cabinetry consisted of factory built cabinets and custom carpentry. The work was not complete until I was satisfied. I would use Kitchen and Bath Wizards again and recommend them. more

Our experience with Kitchen & Bath Wizards has been extraordinary. When we needed new flooring and carpeting in our home, we went to their showroom to purchase materials with them. They were very supportive in whatever way we wanted to go. They took their time with us, and we didn't feel rushed at all. They helped us decide between wood and ceramic floors. They really educated us, so we could make the right choice for our family. They provided us with a quote that, in the end, was very compatible to the final price. The installers were very professional. They replaced flooring throughout our house, including the foyer. We had them install five rooms with wood and four rooms with carpet. It took them less than two weeks to complete everything. The supervisor, Jim, showed up at our house almost every day to check up on the progress of the project. All of our questions from start to finish were answered either through text, phone call, or email. The quality of their work was very, very good. We even had two companies come out, and even they complimented their workmanship. You have a lot of companies to choose from for your home improvement needs, especially in Houston, but you have to be very careful when investigating the quality of work and the companies themselves. From personal experience, we have had very bad experiences with other companies, so we were pleasantly surprised by what we got from Kitchen and Bath Wizards. They were so helpful. We had no problems at all. We would recommend their services. more

To find customer service like Kitchen & Bath Wizards's in this day and time is unbelievable! After dealing with bigger stores, this was great. They did everything. They handled the granite, wood floors, and carpeting incredibly well. more

I have a really old bathtub. It's made of heavy cast iron, so Kitchen & Bath Wizards refinished it in place. I had the whole bathroom redone, as far as tile and other things. After I had contacted Mark to come out, he arrived on time and had all of the necessary equipment with him. He did a great job of masking so paint didn't get everywhere. The job was completed totally on time. more

Kitchen & Bath Wizards took up all my old tiles and put in new tile on the floor and around the tub. They painted the tub white and put in some new fixtures. They also put in a new commode and lavatory. We did the painting and wallpapers ourselves. Mark said they'd come in and be out within seven days, and that's exactly what they did. I think I paid extra for that timeframe, but it was well worth it. I have already recommended them to several people. more

I had a nasty bathroom, and they came and did some marvelous stuff for me. They put in a new shower in and they did a great job. The workmanship was professional and we are incredibly satisfied with the unit we got. We hope to do more remodeling in my house with them this August. more

We've had them out here twice. The first time they did work in the bathroom, and re-did the shower. They did a wonderful job. They did it very quickly, and cleaned up everything. It was all done in perfect order. The second time, which was recently, we had hardwood floors re-done. It was the same experience. They came out and did what they said they would do, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks beautiful, we're very pleased with the work. more

Kitchen & Bath Wizards refinished our large, master bath bathtub 8 or 9 years ago. It looks as wonderful today as it did when it was done. more
