This veterinarian office offers one doctor, Dr. Hart, who I find worth his weight in gold as far as good vets go. Some of the others are okay, but not much on people skills. The latter also holds true for their dront desk staff; not the nicest; not the easiest to communicate with, either. To be in a services industry, you need to have some personality; they have little. What's worse, is that they don't share their cancellation policy for boarding up front, which should be automatic. And in my case, I canceled my vacation plans due to an impending potentially catastrophic hurricane that obliterated my one and only summer beach trip. Not knowing I would be charged, I canceled boarding for my pets. I tried to get them to reconsider the cancellation charge, since a hurricane impacting millions of people doesn't really come along but once every 50 years. They would not hear of it! To top it off, their fees are really quite pricey in comparison to others. So, Buyer Beware!
