I was pretty happy with the service here, it's fast, organized, on schedule. I also was able to buy parts slightly cheaper than other dealers in Cincinnati. However, I cannot say the same about sales portion of this business. Dealers are extremely aggressive on price, but don't add any value whatsoever. They also don't treat you like they should, trying to turn around customers as quickly as possible and make a quick sale with minimal effort.
