We loved them in the beginning. But, as soon as there was a problem, no one would return our call. Two of their jobs were defective and they never returned our calls or tried to follow up with us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY DECEIVED US AND LIED TO US. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. It is now going to cost us a lot of money to repair their original mistakes. DO NOT TRUST THEM! more

Your company did my siding 7 years ago and because of your lifetime guarantee on your siding, your company came back once and I had the siding done and fixed one part of the siding that seemed to be bowing out. Over the garage, the trim was coming off and you fixed that as well. After 7 years, my siding still looks new. I want to point out when I called your office for service the phone was answered right away and the very next day my problems were fixed...I didn't have to be home and I was not charged anything! Quality performed a significant renovation to my home which included five windows, a new roof, new siding and new leaders and gutters. At this point the appearance of our home has been dramatically improved and overall we're quite satisfied with the outcome. We did come across some installation problems, however, your staff moved quickly to rectify the situation and to reassure our confidence in King Quality. In particular I would like to compliment Tom Hashim, our sales representative. Where other contracting firms would have potentially delayed or possibly ignored our issues, Tom's attention to detail, his ability to react promptly and his respect for the customer is something that we've not experienced in our many years of home ownership. Tom reacted professionally and with unparalleled timing. There were instances where the reputation and reliability of King Quality could have been in serious jeopardy if not the attention provided by Mr. Hashim. In addition, Tom has a pleasant and friendly disposition which defused a few rather contentious moments.
