I stood here and have nothing but nice things to say, everyone treated me really nice. One nurse at night was mean to me but for the most part everyone cared how I felt. The food was good, I didn’t have to pay for tv. Stacy was a really nice nurse. Thank you Carlos S more

The nursing staff was incredible and so was Rhea the case manager she was very patient with us. I’m very glad I brought my son here. more

Very nice hospital 7/7/2023

First my nurses were really good Truly and Abby. The physical therapy team were great every last one of them. Respiratory worked wonders I was able to be weaned off the vent able to talk and eat and this place had some good food. Mike from wound care was funny he would sing to me when changing my bandages always took my mind of pain. But the nursing team went above and beyond especially the day shift nurses they always communicated with me when they were handling an emergency so I knew that I was being ignored. Great staff 6/27/2023

First let me start by saying how wonderful the respiratory team was, Ethel my favorite and Kim. We loved loved Louisa his nurse she always had him very clean and took such good care of him. Joanne with p/t worked nicely with him. And of course Ashley the security guard such a pleasant person to greet you when you arrived. This facility has brought my husband back to life literally. The food not so much. more

Super great staff 6/16/2023

I must say I was very sad to be leaving these kind people treated me so good I was spoiled. I had my favorites Lydia, Kesha, Chika, Elena, Kim, Ethel, Jim, Shirley.. my cna’s Jean, Nammie. Thank you Richard for being so kind and La Pre from housekeeping. Marion and Truly. I really appreciated the work Caroline did with me. Nice hospital 3/29/2023

Everyone was wonderful it was a very good atmosphere very family oriented. My nurses Shobi, Maria, Cammie, Kesha, Stacy P and Stacy D, Dominique and Richard were all so amazing with me. All the women in physical therapy were great to work with. Even the security guard Dante very tall when doing his rounds would pop in and say hi very pleasant young man and I love the night doctor I forget his name. A.J my rn at night so nice. Dr Kim when he speaks he speaks softly very reassuring The respiratory team did their job. Ms Debb from the cafeteria very nice and the food was okay. I was very afraid to leave Temple and come here but I’m glad I did. Whenever I rang the call bell they came quickly and sometimes it wasn’t my nurse. Ms Rhea set me up for home care she was awesome. Amazing staff wow 3/2/2023

I had to come back and post another review because I forgot to mention so many people and my mother is leaving tomorrow and I didn’t want to leave any one out. The staff here from one unit to the next is so awesome they are respectful, kind, caring and loving and go beyond their job duties and they work as a team and the most honorable thing is they make you feel safe, they explain everything they are doing. It hurts my heart that my mother is leaving because they always made us feel welcomed and like family. I would so recommend this place and give 5 stars to everyone I know. From Dante the security at night who is wonderful, kaitlyn M, Anita J, Eddie Perez I told him he’s a 10 lol, Carmen Colom the pt rep very nice, Shobi, Peggy, Michael B, Faith, Pam Macolino, Joseph A, Caroline D, Joanne F, Santos, Serena S, Deanna, Lakeysha W, David L, Lisa Dunn, Kim T, Ethel A, Lisa Bowser and Stacy D. My God if I forgot someone who worked with us I apologize but you guys all deserve recognition more

Amazing staff here 12/15/2022

The nurses were really here for me I was very depressed they talked me thru this. I loved cna Dominique, LaKesha and my favorite nurses Truly and Maria P. food wasn’t great but they brought me things I could enjoy. Mike from wound kept me laughing not a bad thing to say about him. Such nice staff and they work together. No one likes to be in a hospital but if you’re lucky enough to be around good people time goes by quickly. N. Riggins more

Great staff 11/3/2022

Dr Jacob always came in everyday to update me, I was well taken care of I couldn’t have paid those nurses to do a better job. Jennifer the rn always treated me like a friend. Angie the cna always put me on track she’s tough but she always looked out for me. Sheryl the cna in the evening made sure I was always clean and I got some sleep at night she was like a daughter. Lakeesha was the same way always made sure I had all my cleaning supplies. Lyda rn was like a teacher always showing me how to take care of myself. It seems every staff member here were very personable and trained to be kinder than needed. Marquis always brought my food and if something wasn’t right he’ll bring me something else. AJ was like a big brother to everyone. Elizabeth from p/t worked me she had me up and walking. Caroline from p/t got me to brush my teeth and wash my face she really helped me maneuver around. Great people all around. Couldn’t have gotten thru this without them. Love Marian Tilghman more

Wonderful staff 8/3/2022

I just want to say that no one goes to a hospital for vacation. But since being here it has surely felt that way. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I’m so happy we made the choice to come to Kindred in Philly. It’s been a great experience so far and Mike and wound care team are on top of their game. Nice nurses even though they are short at times they still provide quality and caring care. Thank you to all. more

I never like to give reviews, but when asked I decided that I needed to share how wonderful the nurses were to me. Lisa, Louisa, Linda and Selena They were very nice and always available when I needed them. I’m so much better after coming here than what I was when I arrived. They were so patient with me. Wonderful staff 1/20/2022

I have to say that my physical therapy team were amazing Joe;Suarali and Santos. All of my nurses were good, my cna Lisa was very nice. Wasn’t to crazy about the food. The nurse supervisor Peggy came to see me everyday. Christine Pham was so nice she made me a spoon and fork, I will never forget her. more

Thank you to everyone who took care of me at Kindred, couldn’t believe how great i was treated, thank you to my nurse Angie for being so caring and Maria in environmental services who worked diligently to get my bed together so i can be comfortable. Thank you to everyone. more

Great nurses 9/27/2021

My mother was a patient here, her nurse Louisa was amazing she would always come to give me updates when I was there visiting and she would call me with updates when I couldn’t, Tenzin was also an amazing nurse you could tell she cared a lot for her patients. Thank you for the care you provided my mother, even though she’s no longer with us, we know she was well taken care of. more
