The staff thinks by putting a smile on their face is "good customer service" their wrong. I was unfairly charged a $20 late fee. Tuition is due on Monday's; however, due to unforseen circumstances my child did not go to daycare on Monday. Tuesday morning the front desk told me that before my child could stay I needed to pay my tuition, although my intention was to pay when I picked him up. I reminded them that we were not there Monday...apparently this does not matter. You are required to pay by close of Monday no matter what; even if you were in the emergency room Monday....if you don't pay your late and a late fee will be accessed. Ask any other daycare a late fee is accessed if tuition is not paid on the date you return. more

Kimbi's has become a part of our family. My son started there when he was a infant in 1998. We left the area for a few years and when we returned in 2004 he started right back. Most of the original staff from 1998 are still there so there's a nice sense of familiarity with them. Now that I have 2 kids my daugther goes to Kimbi's on occasion. My children absolutely "LOVE" Kimbi's. The drop in service is nice. It's like having an extra set of hands when my husband is deployed. Trust me Kimbi's has been a God send. more

Absolutly LOVE Kimbi's! The staff is wondeful, they are so good to my son. I had to go back to work when he was 12 weeks and when I was looking around I was told infants had priority here. I liked that, they got me right in, their fees are comparable with other daycares. the atmosphere is warm and friendly, they are great with the older kids from what I can see. they are open 630-6 so I can work late or come in early. they are wonderful! more

This was a nice daycare that I had to keep my kids one time. They are convenient in the sense that they have a drop-in service. They are open long hours (I think til like midnight). Anyway, I had heard from a friend that they were good. So I needed them to keep my kids for a couple of hours while we took care of some important business. When I walked in I liked the look of the place. They had bright colors all over that was inviting for kids. They had each age group divided up so they could do age appropriate activities. When I got back my older kids were having blast doing all sorts of art work and stuff. My youngest child was upset because he had never been to any sort of daycare but they were great with him. They were not upset or impatient. Anyway, I really haven't needed them anymore but would not hesitate to take them back if I did. more
