I?ve been going to Kilkeary?s for over thirty years, and consistently find their work and professionalism to be exceptional. I?ve owned a number of high end cars, and am very careful about who I let work on them. Kilkeary has always done a great job, from minor damage on an ?08 BMW to a 10k front end repair on an ?01 Audi. When I traded the Audi for a Benz, the Benz dealer (Rahal) was unable too identify that it had been repaired until I pointed out where the work was done. more

scheduled an appt once I was told all the parts were in.. they had the vehicle for a week and didnt do any work... reason,, they didnt have the parts. Had I known they didnt have the parts I wouldnt have brought the car in.. so now I have to make another appt.. Pros: nice looking place Cons: poor communication more

Kilkeary's Auto Body is the only place that has fixed any of my cars in the last 10 years (including a Honda Civic, a Mitsubishi Eclipse, a Chevy Lumina, and 2 Nissan Altimas). Although most of my visits have been mechanical, I did have to go in on an Insurance claim repair. They estimated the costs, contacted my insurance company, ordered parts and repaired the car. I would recommend this repair facility to anyone!!! They were very polite & went above & beyond to make sure I was satified & my car was repaired correctly. The repairs are completely undetectable, and my car looks brand new again. I took my car there due to ""numerous"" recommendations & was commpletely satisfied with the outcome. I would never go there, they had my friend's car locked up so he couldn't take it away without paying them for a estimate. But if he didn't take it they were going to charge him storage per day. He couldn't afford their ""Great Prices"" I guess they threatened to sue him for his review. Real nice people! more

The place looks secretive more

After having been T-boned in my BMW, the damage to my car was extensive. Kilkeary's repaired my car flawlessly. I have returned numerous times to Kilkeary's and have been delighted with the results. I wish that I could give Kilkeary's 10 stars. If you are very fussy about the quality of repairs done to your car, Kilkeary's is the only show in the area. Pros: Factory level repairs more

My car was recently rear-ended and 3 Rivers VW suggested Kilkeary's. At the time I had a busy schedule so I was not looking forward to jumping through hoops- doing without a car and calling everyone under the sun for appointments and claim numbers. After speaking with the polite and friendly staff INCLUDING Mr. Kilkeary himself- I felt 10 times better about how easy it was going to be- they really made it as hassle free as they could by making calls I normally would have been stuck with (insurance) and then on top of the flawless body job- they kept me posted through the entire process, stayed a little later to save me a trip when picking up my car, AND even cleaned up my interior!! In this day and age when customer service nearly no longer exists, they really make you realize and appreciate how great it is to be in good hands because it just never happens!! I will proceed to go back and this says alot because my own uncle owns a body shop and I'll still be going to Kilkeary's...! Pros: Think of it as long term valet service- only with a friendlier staff!! more

I've had body work done on a Mercedes and an Audi at Kilkeary's and both cars came out of the shop looking brand new. They even cleaned and vaccuumed the interior of my car before giving it back to me. The staff at Kilkeary's are extremely friendly and the shop is very clean.
