Editorial review from Citysearch 3/22/2014

Terrible place. Untrained staff. Flaky class teachers. Some of them are nice but just not properly trained. The other half are completely rude. Specifically Brooke Daggett. Called to ask staff about not coming to a class for a month, I was forced to just drop the class. I followed directions given by staff member, they were wrong so I was charged for a month I could not attend. When I asked them to exchange the four classes for jungle passes I was told I could get one pass and attend the remaining classes I was being charged for I I wanted. The response was VERY rude in its wording. I asked for a better solution or I would go to my credit card company and they responded by telling me my ENTIRE family was no longer aloud at the business! They threw my CHILDREN out over a $48 disagreement. I've spent around $1000 there over the last 3 years. I asked for another person there to contact me since the customer service I was receiving was so terrible and I've gotten no response. Unbeleivable behavior from a company that deals primarily with children. I still cannot believe it. more

Worst Dance Classes 11/22/2011

Dance instuctors suck! They seem to have no real training or to have gotten their training out of a cracker jack box. Although the swim classes and jungle land are awesome, the dance classes are lacking. If you are just looking for your kids to run around for 30 min, get no real dance training, and you like to waste money, then sure go to this place! more

A great place for kids! 8/20/2011

I have to say the place is awesome- some people complaint that the place was busy for their kids- but it is a HUGE JUNGLE! The kids play for HOURS! Love it! I have to say the staff are great- they play with the kids and run around. The facility is clean- the summer has some field trips- but if you call ahead they generally know when they are coming. This place is awesome- if you want to play with your kids or relax- they have it all. Also, i just signed up my son for gymnastics- they have a pretty cool gym. I would reccomend going- more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES 8/19/2011

I paid over $150 for a birthday party in Jully of 2011. They gave me 2 tiny pitchers of juice and were rushing through everything in the ""private"" party room. They asked me to fill out a survey about kids club and I did so I could get a 2 for the price of 1 coupon. I didnt know it but the coupon expired on the 17th of August. I took my children to kids club to play on my day off which was the 18th. They wouldnt take my coupon. They said that is was too late to use it. I was lste by a day trying to take my kids to spend some time with them. I spent $150 dollars and they couldnt honor a coupon a day late. Almost evey other places will if it is only by a day. These people are money hungry and the manager is so rude and has a terrrible attitude. Overpriced and overratted. I will NEVER go there again they have no customer apreciation at all. more

Beware of their kid's camp 7/12/2011

This place is great first of all, though be aware they are a money making machine. For a 3 and a 2 year old it cost me $11.50. Of course, they don't tell me about the school bus of kids that are coming in, and why would they at these prices. There were probably only 10 children including mine that were there before the kids camp arrived, and all of a sudden about 100 kids showed up and created chaos. It was a horrible experience. My advice, call ahead of time to find out if they are having a camp ahead of time. The problem is there are minimal workers, and pretty much no parents to regulate the children. My 3 year old was hit and pushed, and I couldn't keep tabs on my 2 year old because of how many kids were in there. I will never take my kids there again. more

awesome place to go with the kids! 7/1/2011

We were looking for a fun place to go with the kids (i have a kids 3 and 5 years old) and this is def the place to go! The prices were very reasonable- as you can stay for as long as you want- and the kids play so hard they take a nice long nap when we leave! I am always impressed with the customer service- it must be so hard to work with all those kids everywhere! But they do a great job. We actually just had our oldest child's bday party there- we did the jumbo jungle party and this was awesome- as we had all the kids friends and they had a blast! The staff person in the room was so helpful and friendly and i did not have to do anything but sit back and enjoy the party! The food was delicious- pizza from garlic jims! If you have kids- this is a definite MUST place to go- worth the drive from portland- it is in a nice neighborhood! Oh, and parents can bring their laptop- free wifi! :) more

not good 7/30/2009

so I took my 4 year old and my 2 year old and there were no kids playing in the toddler area so I let them in there and then one of the workers came and told my daughter to get out ok I could see if there were other kids but no. Then my daughter wanted to go home cause there was nothing for her to do and I had to spend 4 dollars just on stupid socks why dont they provide them if you forget or dont know then wash them you pay enough. you can only play on the jungle area so I feel like I got ripped off big time would not recomend going at all. Cons: you have to wear socks or buy them for 2 dollars, more

Not worth the hastle and cost....use to be okay but they changed things for the worse 2/17/2009

This place is not worth the money. Sure they have a nice facility but so do a lot of other places. The swimming classes are okay, the gymnasitcs classes for toddlers are a joke...really just supervised play time, with mom/dad providing the supervision. Their new billing system is exactly like a gym membership and it takes months to get them to stop billing your account even after signing all of the necessary documents to cancel your membership. Don't be tricked. They will tell you it's for your convience and that it costs less....don't believe them, I'm an accountant and I've done the math. The gym is a great idea but not worth it! more
