Kid To Kid

I have shopped at Kid to Kid several times. Always been pleased, however today I decided to take some of my son's outgrown almost brand-new clothes up there and had planned to take the store credit and just get him some larger ones, since it seemed he completely skipped the 24m stage. I got there and waited patiently, only to find when they called me up, they offered me 2.18 store credit for about 20 things. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I understand they have to make a profit, however, there is no need to rip ppl off. When I asked the lady to refigure her price so said she would not and was quit rude, causing me to lose all interest. I told her I would not sell them to her for that price, and told her to put them back in the box. I will not be back. I spend ALOT of money in that store, and had planned to spend some today, however her attiftude and their inability to price fairly made them lose a customer today. more

Kid to Kid is one of our ""go to"" places for kids' clothes and toys. They buy/sell gently worn, higher end kids' clothes. The store knows its brands and pay attention to every detail so all toys have their pieces and work and the clothes are in fabulous condition. No stains, rips, missing buttons, etc. Prices are reasonable and you can even find new items still with tags. I love to get clothes for school here - can find cute outfits but don't feel bad if they get messed up after only a few wears. They also sell beautiful bows, headbands, socks, tights, gently worn shoes, furniture, baby accessories, DVDs and books, the list goes on. Store is well organized by boy and girl and then by individual sizes. You don't feel like you're at a garage sale, sifting through endless racks. Store is tidy, staff is friendly. Pros: items for sale are great quality Cons: don't always have a huge inventory - have to go frequently to keep an eye on what they have more
