I bought i new crib from them for 328.00 dollars,after 2 years i take it back to sell and they gave me 38.00 dollars!!!! what a joke,and to top it off when you take stuff in to sell,the employees dont say "will be right with you"they just continue with what there doing untill its convenient for them to look at items somone is willing to sell.either that or you have to try to get there attention.plus i was told i have to assemble the crib myself (with two kids with me) while the employee stood by and watched and waited.VERY RUDE! they need employees who can assist,greet and aknowledge the customers and not make them feel like "Oh gosh,here comes somone with more crap to look at". more

New owner has made this store my favorite 5/3/2010

I am a mother of 4 and I have shopped many of the kid to kid stores for years, and I just have to say that ever since the West Valley store has a new owner and new staff this has become my favorite Kid to Kid to shop. I think the new owner has only been there for about a year now so anyone who shopped there before that had a bad experiance try it again and you will be very pleasantly suprised! I know I have been. Its very clean and they changed a lot of stuff around in the store it doesnt look second hand. I buy all my kids stuff here. I love this store and most of the time I have been in the owner is there working I didnt know that for a long time because she just acted like one of the employees she is very pleasant. more

West Valley kid to kid new owners 10/7/2009

The new owners of kid to kid west valley have done a great job! Kid to kid is one our favorite place to shop and the store is always clean and has great things for a very good price. The customer service is great and the staff is very helpful! more

Perfect for Mom's on a budget 9/12/2008

I love the West Valley Kid to Kid store because of how organized and clean it is - plus the prices are lower than a lot of the other Kid to Kid's (and much lower than DI!). I always find something - and I've bought a large portion of my back to school clothes there. It's a great place to shop! more

A great place to trade in your baby gear 9/12/2008

I don't know what all those reviews were about, but the Kid to Kid that I go to in West Valley is the cleanest and most organized used kids store ever. It's really nice inside and you can't beat the prices. I buy Gymboree outfits for $7 or $8. Plus, they are always polite and nice when I sell my things. I would definitely recommend this store - it's a treasure hunt every time. more

Worst Customer Service 09/08/08 I will tell everyone NEVER go there! 9/8/2008

This is the worst place I have ever done bussiness. Not only were the employees rude but they put my baby equipment out to sell before they completeed my transaction!! And when I decided I didnt not want to sell some of it I was then told I could not have it back I would have to pay 20% of what they were going to give me! The process was way to long and the emplyees were discussing personal inapropiate issues. Marinda and Carrie are so rude. I would expect pleasent people to work there. I will never go bac more

Worst Customer Service 4/28/2008

I went into this location to sell some clothing and a few gently used toys on 4/28/08 and the employees there were so rude, I will NEVER go back. I will also make sure to tell ALL my friends to stay away! I checked out the merchandise while I was there and their clothing prices aren't that great - I can buy new clothing on sale for the same price. more

Horrible place, stay away!!!!!! 2/23/2007

This is the most disorganized used baby and kid's stuff store I have ever been to. Another thing, while paying for the toys I purchased, I left my baby's milk bottle behind on the counter. Then I went across the street to Toys R Us, where I realized I didn't have the bottle with me. I went back to the Kid to Kid store to get my baby's food, and when I got to the store the staff told me they threw it in the garbage. I don't have words to describe how rude that is. I had to go and look for the nearest restaurant, to wash the bottle and purchase some boiled water, so I could feed my screaming baby. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this store.
