Kendall Ford was the worst experience I've ever had to deal with while purchasing a new car. They definitely DON'T treat you like ""family"" as they claim this business is. I was just another customer they were trying to make money on. They were NOT willing to work with me on the price of the vehicle and told me I didn't have to buy from them if I didn't want to. I've never been treated so rude in my life...
Plenty of other dealerships in town I would rather purchase from!
