Great Customer Service 4/7/2014

They got us in within a week of us calling. We had been trying to get in at Rob Green in Twin Falls for 4 weeks - 3 phone calls and no return calls - we gave up and tried Ken Garff. Ken Garff got us in so fast and called us back every time they said they would, super friendly,and great to work with. more

Cheats and liars 3/20/2014

Broke my vehicle when brought in for warranty work. Lied about fixing it and tried to pass it off. Took 4 visits to fix what I came in for only to have to go to another dealer to fix the damage caused by them in the process. more

The Service Department guys are fantastic but whoever vacuums the cars is lazy. I would be embarrassed to be him. What a lazy #*%! 2/24/2014

Overall fantastic... Except if your going to wash and vacuum a car put some effort into your job man! I mean it's a vacuum, don't be afraid of it! hire a new person for this or please don't claim that this actually got done. - :( more

The work on my recent vehicular checkup was done well and on time. However, I found out that I had been lied to when I bought my Santa Fe Limited in January 2011 with the so-called bumper-to-bumper maintenance plan that I was told covered absolutely everything in the vehicle. It does Not! I really don't know if I would recommend Ken Garff Hyundai to someone to buy a new vehicle or not. more
