Oil Change 9/6/2011

The job only took about half an hour. VERY FAST compared to my usual garage! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Only problem was the mechanic put the emergency brake so far down I wasn't able to release it. Had to have one of the guys in the office go outside and release it for me. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. more

Idle problem 8/14/2011

There was some miscommunication about the problem which lead to a misdiagnosis. The issue was discovered in a test drive with me, and the problem was corrected. Chris was willing to reduce the cost of the second repair to account for the miscommunication. The milage was increased from 22MPG to 27MPG. WOW! more

Great Place And Staff 3/2/2010

I had my car towed in because it would not start. I had a coupon for free towing. That saved me $150.00. They checked my car out and I needed an alternator. They also found my front brakes were almost metal to metal, by checking them they saved me even more money by not having to buy rotors. I highly recommend this shop to everyone I know. I can't say enough good things about them. Pros: Best Sevice in Town Cons: None I can think of more

Mel and the guys are excellent. They saved me money the first visit in. Another shop said I needed 4 different repair. Mel told me I only needed one. Thanks to Kellers and the great work they do!! Pros: Superstar service more

Fixed right! 2/24/2010

Had my Ford truck in for alignment issues. 3 other shops kept saying ball joints. Come to find out it just needed a tie rod. Saved some $$$ here. Ball joints are still good :) Pros: Very courteous and knowledged!! more

Customer Beware AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8/23/2007

Brought my SUV in to have the brakes looked at... Sorry fellas but I actually know a little bit about cars, so your $1400 quote for brakes and whatever made up list of things you found to run up my bill doesn't fly. So as quick as I realized your shop has no integrity is as quick as I took my car to another garage where the bill was a mere $416 and I recieved the service I truely needed. I only wish your cute little coupons that you mail out included a link to this review so the unsuspecting soccer moms of south east Aurora could save a little bit of $$$$$$$$$$. more
