Back in May of this year, we set up an appointment with a female real estate agent at Kay's to show us homes while visiting (prior to our moving to Duncan). Was very unhappy with their service; the agent was always either "talking and/or taking calls on her cell phone while showing us homes she had set up to see" (I felt this was very rude and showed her inattentiveness to a prospective buyer). One home we had wanted to see, she did not offer to show to us or set up an appointment for this one (which was vacant). Last but least, we never received a follow-up call at all once we left Duncan. I have since heard that this individual real estate agent has left to work for another company, so new prospective buyers hopefully will not experience this, as I would imagine the others may be fine. We ended buying a home here in Duncan (via direct with an owner) and absolutely love it. more

Kay's has a very knowledgeable staff. They are friendly and are happy to help you with your housing needs. There are many associates who work here, so there is always someone available to help. Their building is located near downtown Duncan, and is housed in an old 2 story house. They have been around for many years and are very good at what they do. more
