Kasmin Scott, Windermere Real Estate

I don't know if there's anything more stressful than buying and/or selling your home. When you're single and working crazy hours, it's all the more stressful. If I hadn't lucked into finding Kasmin Scott, I think I would have gone insane (and I probably was half-way there) when I recently sold my condo and bought a new home. The reason why Kasmin is just the coolest realtor ever is that not only is she super-professional, well-organized, and extremely savvy, but she could have been a great counselor or life coach. Boy, did I need someone to vent to while house-hunting, and Kasmin was always there to listen and offer support. I actually looked forward to looking at houses just so we could chat. It's funny, when I told some of my married friends about my experience with Kasmin, they said they were jealous because their husbands weren't always actively involved throughout the home buying process, and they could have used some extra support! There are probably lots of good realtors out there, and lots of good listeners, I'm just glad I found the best of both worlds. more

My wife and I cannot say enough about Kasmin Scott, a realtor with Windermere who recently helped us buy our first home. We found Kasmin after suffering through a horrible experience with a realtor who didn't know the first thing about the real estate market, real estate financing, or relevant legal issues. We heard about Kasmin from other young professional friends of ours who had been looking for neighborhoods that were still relatively affordable, were attracting other recent grads, and were primed to appreciate. Kasmin showed us several great up-and-coming neighborhoods where young singles and families were moving to in droves. We eventually found a great home in downtown Renton - a place we had never even been to while attending grad school at the UW. Not only do we love our house and neighbors, but the houses in the neighborhood have been appreciating at a 30% per year clip! Thank you, Kasmin. more
