best food at citywalk 7/9/2010

stopped there after universal studios and had the beer sampler and lunch..... to my surprise the food was wonderful and much better than expected. I was thinking bar food but......... Way beyond bar food. went a second time and tried other menu items and it was just as good. I dont think you can go wrong here. Pros: GREAT food Cons: having to go to city walk to get there more

Hey man if you wanna get ripped off go to Universal's Karl Strauss. They charge tons for their swill and their food tastes like the plastic bag it was shipped in. Way to self important and absorbed. I would not want any of my good pals in there, unless that is they went out of business and went Zankou chicken style. Seriously they want too much for their beers and provide too little in the ways of compensation for what we pay for food. It would be nice if they would hose down the floor in their beer room too. It looks sticky and reeks of stank. Pros: You have to walk upstairs to get there, so you may fall down leaving and forget you were there. Cons: It exists. more

The best garlic fries in the world! 11/17/2006

When you place a sampler with seven different types of beer in front of you, you can't have a bad time. I chose that place for my birthday a couple of years ago and they've had me back since. Their food is really good and their beer selection is so vast that they have one for every palate. You might have to wait and reservation is highly encouraged, but the wait is worth it.
