In the past years I Have called literally saying ?I need you? and within hours of my service call, a technician was at my residents resolving my pest problem. I also want to complement the service technicians, Derrick and Paul, for their professionalism of customer service. No problem was to small (a colony of red ants, in the garden and my home) or too big (wasp in the rafters) all problems were resolve in a timely manner. more

The treatment work was scheduled for today and another worker named Chris showed up to do the job. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable and went to work quickly finishing the whole thing in under two hours. When he was done, he called me out to the garage to point out another site that Carlos had apparently missed. I told Chris that was surely because during the inspection that corner of the garage was stuffed with boxes and stored items that made it impossible to see. Chris said he would call Carlos and ask him to advice on what to do. more

His name is Dave, and we initially met him when he came out to our townhouse complex Fremont, Ca.I am one of the board members of the townhouse complex, and I was impressed by Dave's punctuality, professional appearance, and work ethic. He showed up on time, answered all of my questions and provided me with additional information related to our termite problem, and he worked diligently throughout our complex as he proceeded with the complex inspection. more

In these tough times I was looking for ways to cut down on spending and I thought of cutting the pest control. I could probably get by for a few months and no great loss. The reason that I didn't do it is tech. The guy is an extraordinary employee doing a fine job for me. As long as he stays, I stay. Thank you for your time. more

I was just standing out in my front yard admiring how nice the lawn looks after about three weeks of your lawn treatment. Rob mentioned that I might be interested in the lawn fertilization and the rose pest treatment. I said to give it a try. Needless to say, I am impressed. more

I know the owner and of course they do my pest control at my house. i highly reccomend Procon they are a stand up bunch of guys. call them at 816-332-0322 in kansas city and they have a branch in kansas but i do not know that number. more

I needed pest control badly 11/8/2010

Ants were everywhere, i would use spray from the store and it would kill the ants but new ones would be back the next day it was a nightmare. Procon did a great job. more

i hate spiders! 4/19/2010

moved into a new (old house.) and it was crawling with spiders. he promised me they were taken care of. what a relief. Pros: the tech seemed very professional, i think he was the owner. more

Procon sprayed my home and has been the most effective company I have used yet..Price was pretty good too! Pros: Ants went away, and no spiders! Cons: N/A more

Kansas City Pest Control At Its Finest 4/8/2010

i had all kinds of bests in a 300+ unit apartment complex in Overland Park. termites, ants, birds, spiders, squirels, the whole 9 yards. Ive delt with pest companies for decades in my line of work, and most of the time you can tell the people are just there to collect a paycheck. The PROCON guys seemed like there was no question they actually cared about thier quality of work. Not to mention the completly mopped up the pests. Saved us alot of future headache from complaints from tennats etc. Pros: very knowledgable, professional more
