Consumer oriented 7/29/2014

I had KDC Electric come in for what I believed was a rather simple job of adding outlets to a wall that had been remodeled. After they got into the wall, they realized that the previous owner had electrical work done that was not up to code, and therefore it really expanded into a full day of work. They got it to work, it looked very nice, and it was up to code. The electricians were very professional. They indicated that they had an interest in providing me with service that I would be happy with. They gave me their cell number and things like that if I had any problems or issues. They were happy to follow up with me, and I felt they made the effort to be consumer oriented. more

When Kdc Electric came in, they were very friendly. If they made a mistake, they admitted it and corrected it right away. I had to have the garbage disposal hooked up, and the first time, it wasn't hooked up right. However, it was immediately fixed. We also had to have overhead lights put in the kitchen and the bed room, and had to have switches put in as well. They even advised me on what kind of switches to buy. They had good personalities and professionalism. Robin did a great job on the work, and I was very satisfied for my first time using them. I would definitely use their services again. Kdc Electric came out to do some electrical work. I am the caregiver and helped set up the appointment. They were able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. The prices are also reasonable. We will definately use them again. more

We needed an electrician for some work in our condo in Treviso Bay. We spoke to other electricians, who we believed were not truthful. Kdc were great. Knowledgeable, reliable, prompt. Certainly we would recommend them. more

I was extremely pleased with the work that Kdc Electric did for me. They replaced the inside of a light fixture that had bad switches and some outlets. Their work was quality and I was very happy with that. All of them communicated very well with me and got the job done quickly. Setting up the appointment was very easy. The way that the workers speak to each other was very snappy and rude. It made me a little uncomfortable how mean they are to each other. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again. more

Exceeded Expectations 4/11/2014

I was visiting my mother, who lives alone, and noticed the fire alarms were disabled because of intermittent ringing. They were 27 years-old. Robin made arrangements to come over the same day and also repaired several worn out outlets. They were friendly, clean, and made every effort to meet my mom's expectations. Considering the short notice we gave her, Robin was very reasonably priced. We received a great value and my mother's home is much safer. more

Fantastic 3/7/2014

I had a great experience with KDC Electric. I had two ceiling fans that went out so I hired them to replace the switches. The technician arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I'm really happy with it. This was my first time using them and the prices were very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them! more

They did two small jobs for us, both were done well and met our objectives. I would say the level of difficulty on the first job was low, and the second one was a more moderate level of difficulty. more

I had an issue with the house, I needed the aluminum wiring to be replaced with copper wiring. They answered the phone on the first ring, and came out to look at the house for free. From the time I called until the problem was solved was about a week, it was very fast service. They were able to do it all over the phone since I was out of state. more
