I have never had a worse experience with any doctor as I did with Dr. Mah. I was in extreme pain but would not listen or believe me and completely misdiagnosed my ailment. She took one look at an x-ray and decided to have a tooth removed. ""This tooth should not cause the pain you are claiming"" is what she said to me. Luckily she was did not have any appointments open (THANK GOD) and I had to travel to North Seattle. This doctor took another x-ray and found the abscess that caused extreme pain. That doctor, also from bright now dental said that I would have been in the emergency room because of swelling if there was no opening until after the weekend. I will never forget how Dr. Mah mistreated me and risked my health because of her lack of care, compassion and skill level. more

Not satisfied 3/26/2008

I felt that this was an awful place. I went to the southcenter location in Seattle Washington. I am currently in the process of filing a personal complaint with the corp office in California. I only had my teeth cleaned, and they are still not clean, after all that I went through. My sister went once and she did not go back they were so bad. more

Good place! 9/20/2005

Bright Now Dental is a great dental office. They are very efficient, always getting people in and out with no long wait times. They also have reasonable prices. In fact, while our dental insurance had a much higher out of pocket deductible, BND only charged us $25 (for the year!) as they work with many union insurance companies to keep out of pocket expenses really low. The dental care was excellent and they were very knowledgeable. I recommend them. more
