Just Keep Swimming Counseling offers individual and group counseling. The clinician is intensely trained in DBT; working towards certification. Individuals can learn skills for the 5 areas of dysregulation (emotional, interpersonal, self, cognitive, and behavioral) in a group and individual setting.
