Amazing service 1/28/2016

We had Carlos as our technician and he was extremely professional, answered my husbands questions and reviewed how set up the thermostat with him as he had forgotten how to switch from A/C to Heat. Thanks for taking the time really appreciate it. more

Amazing Installation Team! 1/22/2016

Ray & John the installation team were amazing! Very kind, efficient, immaculately clean, & professional. They did an amazing job with my installation, & did not leave until every detail was finished. The were the best I have ever seen as far as professionals go. What an asset to this company! So glad I chose Jupiter Tequesta for my Air conditioning needs! Class act company! more

Another great experience with Jupiter Tequesta AC & Heating 1/14/2016

In July I contacted this company to clean our AC ducts which was done promptly and efficiently. The second visit was due to a leak and again, they got here right away and repairs were done promptly. My most recent experience was this week when Brian came to do a routine inspection. Everyone from this company has consistently arrived on time, been clean, polite, well-informed and very professional. Sadly this kind of service is rare these days, but it is what makes this company stand above the rest. more

A/C Maintenance Performance 1/7/2016

Excellent service under service contract. Service technician, Sean, called ahead and was on time. Very professional, courteous and took time not to leave a mess behind. He left a record of what was done (email) and explained that another service call would be made in six months. All home service should be handled like this! more

Don was a wonderful service technician. He was both patient when explaining the issue with our AC and knowledgeable regarding the subject. During our discussion, he asked me pertinent questions regarding my family and our needs. I appreciated how he wore booties over my carpet as I have small children in the home. Sean Eskew was on time, worked without a break, and was very professional. Sean was respectful to me and for my home. Sean educated me in relation to the work he was doing, and he recommended future work that may be beneficial to me and my home.
