Sean is very knowledgeable and capable. He came equipped with the latest diagnostic gear to find the problem, offered reasonable solutions that make sense and scheduled the repair to fit my needs. Because of my situation I needed immediate service. The technician incorrectly diagnosed the problem. He claimed that whatever was wrong corrected by itself. I was charged $89 for the visit. two days later the problem appeared again. This time I called a one man local air conditioning business. He correctly diagnosed the problem and came back the next morning to clean the coils. Jupiter Tequesta also told me that the coils were dirty too but did not recognize that this caused my problem, They told me that I had to get on their schedule to have the coils cleaned in a few days. I could not wait that long due to my situation. The small local business provided better service. more

I called Jupiter Tequesta ac for my air handler won't stop running. The technician (Jerson) came to take a look at my air handler , then told me I have replace the whole system (Ac unit& air handler) because,it's old(11 yr) &out of warranty. It would cost me $7,000.00 plus and I can't just replace the air handler, has to be both for the warranty. The next day, I called another air conditioning company. They charged me only $290.00 to replace a relay board (including service fee). I will not call Jupiter Tequesta Ac again. So sad more

Positive Experience 5/4/2016

I lost power for three outlets in my kitchen, including the outlet for my refrigerator. I called Jupiter Tequesta Ac & Heating at 9;30 pm on a Sunday night. My call was answered by a friendly associate who dispatched a professional to my home. He arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and was upfront about the repair costs. All outlets were replaced and power was restored. I would definitely recommend Jupiter Tequesta Heating & AC. Professional, courteous, reasonable & upfront pricing with quality and expedient service. more

Air conditioning service 2/14/2016

Jupiter Tequesta A/C & Htg responded to my call for service within hours of my call. The service was professional and the technician was responsive to all questions asked. We were very impressed by his knowledge and politeness and his recommendations. It took only a few moments for him to locate and solve the problem, which was a high pitched tone emanating from the A/C unit when it hating or cooling. I highly recommend both him and his company. more
