Quick - Efficient - Fair 8/3/2012

The overall experience was one of efficiency. From scheduling my pickup online (to the call back within 15 minutes) there was little, if any, hassle there. On the day of pickup, the truck arrived on-time, the staff was polite and quick and were done within a few minutes. If the need should come up, I would definitely use Junkman's services again! more

From the assessment/estimate to the removal, loading and haul away, the Junkman employees were well dressed, polite, and concientious with regard to not doing damage to our property. They arrived when they said the would carefully removed the items we agreed and provided a final billing that was less than the maximum discussed. Overall a pleasant experience. more

After stacking up months of debri from tree branches and yard clean up on the side of my house I finally called Junkman for help. They showed up on time, removed EVERYTHING ( even an old rusty bar b q grill) that had been sitting out for 3 years. They swept the entire area and finished the job in one tenth the time it would have taken me. I will use them again for several other cleanup projects I have coming up. !!!!!! more

They came quickly and they left the area all picked up. Only "complaint" - and it wasn't THAT big of a deal....is that I left a voicemail after hours asking for service but never heard back and had to call them again. But from that point of contact, they did a find job. more
