Watch out! This company uses the cheapest parts and marks them up as much as they want. Parts are cheaper if YOU buy them at the local auto parts store and have them install them. Labor prices are less then the dealer, but not much. Car repairs that should take a couple of hours have taken a day or more. I watched a mechanic take brake rotors out of the box and put right on my car, didn't even bother to clean the oil type preservative off. when I drove off after paying in excess of $150, my brakes pulsated. They will NEVER work on my car again. I heard a phone conversation where the service writer told a customer the car was being on, and the car was sitting in the lot. WATCH OUT for the deceptive practices of this company. more

I have been taking my vehicle to Jumbo for years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service has always been on time and done right. Never had to bring it back !!! I recommend Jumbo to all my friends. more

stay away promises are not kept, lies lies lies. will sell for reasonable price but customer service is horrible and sales people are terrible even delivery guys (GUY) is a liar. This company is filled with dead end promises. more

These guys couldn't care less about customer care. $$$$ for a repair and then when the repair failed a week later and it cost $$$ to tow the vehicle from the other side of the state, SURPRISE! They said it was our fault for breaking down so far from home, the parts distributor fault for giving them bad parts but it wasn't their fault at all and we were lucky that they didn't charge us for towing the car from our house to their shop. They said they wouldn't have charged us $$$ for towing 100 miles to their shop using their own tow truck but that's not what they said when we called and told them we were broke down in the middle of nowhere. They knew, they left us hanging, they repaired their repair (under warranty) and then they told us to pound sand for the tow and our ruined vacation. There has to be a better place closer to wherever you are, because it's not these guys. Pros: none Cons: staff expertise, customer service, timeliness more
