The staff are always very helpful and the owner is trustworthy. He even went to help my 84 year old mother in a parking lot when her car wouldn't start.

Worst

Watch out! This company uses the cheapest parts and marks them up as much as they want. Parts are cheaper if YOU buy them at the local auto parts store and have them install them....

Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional. They make suggestions that save you money and never try to sell you something you don't need. They keep in touch and inform you when factory recommended service is due. Highly recommended. more

JUMBO IS A ONE STOP SHOP 10/25/2013

I dropped off my car and they dropped me off at home and picked me up at home when car was ready. They gave me a sweet deal since i was a first time customer for $35.00 which included a premium oil change, they topped off all my fluids, 24 point inspection, and gave me free windshield wipers. The staff has great customer service and overall i have no complains. more

This is hands down the most honest mechanic in all of hollywood. A lot of places will go out of their way to trick you into buying & replacing things you don't need but jumbo is not like that at all. He does great work at fair prices & only charges you for what really needs fixing or replacing. more

They make me feel like I am the only customer. They always let me know what needs to be done (maintenance) such that a bigger problem is not encounter. Finally, they are just really, really nice. more

I've had both my cars repaired many times at Jumbo Auto and they have always done a great job and finished on time but they also not only told me what doesn't need to be repaired where other shops told me I needed a whole bunch more stuff done. I know I can trust them which means everything to me. And, they warrenty all their work too. more
