Julianos is by far the best Italian place in Pittsburgh. The pizza is to die for, but the pasta is even better! I highly recommend the tortellini julianos, which is traditional tortellini covered in their signature saunce (a delicious blend of marinara and alfredo). They also have the ""Saturday night special"", which is a favorite...it is tortellini julianos, either a salad or soup, and garlic bread all for about 9.50. I often have a hard time finishing it all, so one meal could be enough for two people. The fried zuchini was incredible as an apetizer, and for desert try the fried dough (imagine doughnuts, only less sweet and fluffy). The wait staff are attentive, polite, and speedy with every order. The food is always served at exactly the right temperature and it seems like any order can be accomodated. One try of Julianos and you'll be back every week
Pros: Inexpensive, rarely a wait, INCREDIBLE SAUCES
