J's Auto Repair Svc

At the end of July my car was running hot, so it was recommended to take to J's Auto Repair. Huge mistake.. !! They told me my car needed a new motor Really, Never the less I took them at there word..took out a personal loan to pay for the motor. Totaling 2491.00 plus 711.00 for a fuel pump, by Sept I still did not have my car. Finally end of Sept I get my car back and guess what CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS ON, AND STILL RUNNING HOT..I call shop immediately spoke with Laura&Juan they said bring it back, Now after 3months 2 motors, 1 fuel pump 3 thermostats.. The car is still unsafe to drive...A WORD OF CAUTION RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! Can anyone out there tell me how to rectify this situation. Better business bureau Here I come..!!! more

My Mom took her car to Louetta automotive. The told her she needed a new altenator. $550!!! I tried to replace it but couldn't get to the bottom bolt. She took it to J's on Grant rd. He checked it out and told my mom that she didn't need an altenator, it was a bad battery. He then informed her that the battery was still under warranty. He called O'reilys for her and they brought her a new batt. She was on her way. No charge. He could have ripped her off but that's not how they do business over there. Thanks J. more
