Joycare staff is wonderful but the place is not run well. it does not follow the ratio of staff to child and it seems to be due to lack of support. I feel that it is not well supervised and lacks proper care for your kids I would research before sending my kids there. more

I have mixed feelings about Joycare. My son is currently in the toddler room and the teachers are great but the facility is worn down. The outside is not well taken care of at all. The grass has not been mowed this summer which means the children cannot play in it and are left to the play ground that needs some updating and weeding as well. The toys outside are not very clean or taken care of. The toys on the inside are missing parts and clearly not being sanitized as often as they should be. some of the furniture I feel is also a little unsafe. There is a lot of updating that I feel should be priority. more

Joycare's teachers are awesome! 12/22/2011

We have our 14 month old daughter at Joycare and our older daughter also attended. Joycare has been a loving and warm environment for both of our girls. The teachers are genuinely very caring and also very knowledgable about infant and child development. The low ratios allow for a lot of individual attention. The teachers communicate well with parents about each child's individual needs and provide a fun learning environment for all ages. Joycare is moving to a larger, newly renovated space in Gunbarrel in January 2012, which we are very excited about. We have been very pleased to be a part of the Joycare family! more

Joycare is great 3/6/2009

We have our son in the infant room at Joycare and have been very pleased. The teachers are extremely loving, as well as incredibly educated with infant development. Joycare is flexible, and is especially accomodating with infant nutrition; they support breast-feeding and, for older babies, are great about working with any type of baby food including homemade food that parents bring in. Their infant-to-teacher ratio is also very good; there are usually 3 teachers for 10 babies. The baby room has more space and windows than most other facilities. Overall, I give Joycare my highest rating. Pros: Teachers, infant-to-teacher ratio, nice space Cons: Space a little unconventional more
