I love the service that I get at Josephine's. The staff are always friendly, and I never have to sit around and wait. I'm always offered a beverage and/or magazine. My favorite stylist there is Nareh. She is so kind and sweet. She always explains everything about the process to me, and is always honest about what she thinks will be good for my hair. I have NEVER left the salon less than satisfied. more

I have lived in houston 12 years and I finally found a place that is amazing. All of the staff are friendly, customer service wonderful, and the services provided excellent! Mary has been my hairdresser for the past year now, and I don't think I'll ever switch! She is always pleasant and does a great job with my hair. I am always happy when I leave, and, although she always lets me know which products she's using on my hair, she never "pushes" any products on me. I love the atmosphere at Josephine's, as well, and it's down-to-earth, relaxed vibe. All the employees are very friendly in a "real" way, not as though they're putting on a show. I strongly recommend Josephine's to anyone who is looking for a positive salon experience. more

I have been going to Josephine's for several years. I have NEVER been disappointed. I have a few favorite stylists, but there are so many exceptional people that work there, I have no problem taking whomever is available. It is always a pleasant and friendly environment and I am happy to have found a salon/spa like this! more

Simin did a wonderful job with my brow maintenance. Holly did some special touches to make my color and hairstyle beautiful for a Christmas party that night! Thanks so much to the shampoo lady (can't think of her name) that kept me warm with a blanket and warm towels!! more
