My oil change took over two and a half hours. I was pretty upset that it took that long for a simple oil change.

Great 11/24/2010

I came into John's Automotive for the first time recently when my check engine light came on. I have an old car but they fixed it up quickly and now it runs well again. I plan to come back to John's Automotive because they were very friendly, had a warm environment in their office, and they are recommended by AAA. more

Pleasantly Surprised 10/1/2010

I just moved here a few months ago from Los Angeles where I had used the same mechanic for 15 years. With my vehicle needing an oil change I decided to plunge into a search for a local mechanic I can trust as much as my last mechanic. John's Automotive Care was highly recommended by AAA and were offering a large discount on what I needed done. From the first moment I walked into the office to schedule an appointment to the moment I drove away with all the work done I was totally pleased with everything that happened. The office staff was highly knowledgeable and very professional while remaining friendly and helpful. They seem to epitomize the neighborhood mechanic feel that lets you know you can trust them and the work they do. I'm going to save myself a lot of time by endinging my new mechanic search with John's Automotive Care. more

proactive 9/24/2010

along with brake job, they recommended replacing the brake fluid in the system AFTER checking and seeing it was a bit cloudy. This should be done in a maintenance regimen esp since I had antilock. No pressure to perform that added maintenance but I knew it was a good thing to do. more
