Worst

My oil change took over two and a half hours. I was pretty upset that it took that long for a simple oil change.

Outstanding service 6/25/2011

This was the best experience yet at John's. I was having continued problems with my car and they stayed with it until all issues were found and corrected. Another good part about my experience is that they did not charge me any extra for the additional work they did. more

Transmission flush and rear brakes plus regular service 6/23/2011

All of the employees were very polite and helpful in explaining what was needed for my vehicle to run at its best. Brian was helpful in explaining the costs to me. Dana provided me a ride home and back to the shop which I really appreciate. I had concerns about noises, etc. but the mechanics checked everything out to my satisfaction. more

Routine Maintenance 6/21/2011

As some one with an older car and not afraid of high mileage, routine maintenance is very important. I appreciated the professionalism as well as friendly ambiance at John's Automotive. Although this was my first visit, Joseph, Dana and Bryan made me comfortable and explained my car's maintenance schedule, not pressuring or using cheesy sales tactics. I was very happy with the oil change and tire rotation and will definitely recommend John's Automotive to anyone I know who has a car. more

The best of the best! 6/21/2011

Bottom line is that these guys are awesome. I have been taking my vehicles here for more than 10 years and have never EVER regretted it. They have taken great care of my cars and trucks for years, and I'll never take them anywhere else. Anyone who can keep my Toyota Tacoma running after all the abuse I hand it and keep me smiling when I get the bill has got to be doing a good job. more

John's Automotive turned a bad experience (broken car) into a pleasant customer service experience. 5/27/2011

I have found my permanent car care provider. It is inevitable that I will need service for my car again. I had such a positive experience that I will return to John' automotive in the future. The service and concern for my needs was displayed from the moment I walked in the door at 5:55 pm, five minutes before closing, to when I picked up my car at 4:00 pm the next day. Good courtious service is not, in my opinion, often found in the automotive repair business. Here, that was all I received. I highly recommend John's Automotive. I am pleased to write this review. more

I have always gotten the best service on my cars I have brought to John's. Everyone is always friendly and kind. I always get a fair estimate and a phone call before any work is done to be sure it is what I want. EVERY time I bring my car in for service at John's, I receive excellent customer service as well as repair service. I love this place. I actually look forward to taking my car in, when does that happen? That's like saying I like having the dentist drill a hole in my tooth! John's is awesome, I love those guys. more

The staff here is remarkable, i felt so welcome and I could tell that unlike most car places that try to rip you off, they are more interested in having customers come back. I won't ever go anywhere else in the area and recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! more

excellent care in difficult circumstances 4/30/2011

i was very glad that when my daughters power steering broke making a very loud grinding noise that John's immediately took her car in and provided excellent timely service and the car now runs like a gem despite being 10 years old more
