I took my car to Mr. Ortiz to have a fan blower and catalytic converter replaced. He kept the car for 1 week and charged me $500.00. The car never worked after he layed his hands on it, I ended up having it towed to the dealership. They told me that he possibly fried the computer when he did a shoddy job wiring the A.C. Blower. They also said that the parts that he put on looked like used parts. I wouldnt recommed this guy to anyone, take it instead to someone that really know how to work on cars and takes pride in the work, because Mr. Ortiz DOES NOT!
Pros: changing spark plugs....MABEY!
Cons: NOT A GOOD MECHANIC
