First off I have to say that the owner was very nice and I thought I was going to get good service. I got just the opposite. The Tile setter didn't speak english and he wasn't very nice. He put the tiles off set and uneven. He damaged my baseboards while removing the old tile. The company never would replace them. They just sent a painter out to cover them up. The tile job took 10 days because I kept having to mark tiles that were eneven so they could be torn out and re-done. At one point I had to talk with the owner's son who basically told me that I should be happy with what I got and that maybe I was just being picky. In some spots the tile didn't reach the wall so they filled it in with grout. I still have some slightly uneven tiles and I have a ""not straight"" one in my kitchen. I had to have them come back a couple of months later because the grout in the kitchen wasn't mixed right and it would just come up when I mopped or wiped it. Their solution originally was just to patch some of the grout areas. I had to point out that my whole floor was like this and that they would definitely have to come back. I sat there wiping grout out in various spots to prove that I would continue to do this and they would have to come back out. The next tile setter that was sent out was very courteous and did a great job re-grouting and he spoke english.(I wish I had gotten this guy to begin with). Overall, I think it's a risk with this company whether you will get a good tile setter or someone that does a bad job and is lazy with an attitude. Not to mention the fact that if you're trying to get service with the owner's son, you might not get your problem taken care of as well as if the owner himself is working with you. All in all, I wish I had gone with someone else.
Pros: cheap price
Cons: you get what you pay for or in my case even less.
