Jo Sho Restaurant

I just had lunch at Jo Sho. The place got a little crowded. Me and my girlfriend haven't seen each other for a while so we were talking after we got our bill. First the owner came over told us to pay at the counter. We found that kind of odd and said fine. Then, she came over again and said"" you need to get up because people are waiting!"". So we got up and confronted her why she is being so rude. She yield at us :"" this is my place, if you don't like it, get out!!!"" We were stunned!!!! Then she said to us, "" you are stupid or something?!"" My jaw was about to drop! In this civilized country, I have never been treated this way before. I was more surprised and angry. Now it is time for me to really think about how to tell the world that DON""T GO TO JO SHO!!!\r \r Seriously, don't go - the service is HELL!!!!!!!!! TRUST ME!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't believe me, go and experience yourself - if you dare!!! Cons: If you want to live, don't go there. It is a Janpenese place in HELL!!! more

Jo Sho's is one of my all time favorite restaurants! The food is so delicious -- I love the Box Dinner (such a great combination of sashimi, salmon, tempura and other great food along with small dishes that change every time I eat there).\r \r They have a great selection of dishes and their fish is very fresh.\r \r I would recommend reservations for dinner because it does get busy. Pros: Food is so delicious!!! Cons: They are very busy, so sometimes the service slows down a bit, but not unreasonably. more

I have eaten Sushi all over the world, the quality of Jo Sho's fish is very good. he always has Toro, usualy a couple of types. If your adventuresome I recomend letting him serve you with out ordering, it's a wonderful experience. more
