My husband and I bought a flat screen TV here almost 2 years ago. We purchased a 2 year warrenty with them. OF course, now almost 2 years later, lines are running down the screen of the SONY flat screen. I pull out my receipt and call them up, they give me a number to the repair service that takes care of the servicing to the televisions. They let me know that I need a membership number which I never recieved from the store. I cannot get service for my television with out this. I call the store back and they let me know that I should have gotten all the things I needed to register the TV for the warrenty and that they cannot help me. So we spent money for the TV plus and Extra 189.00 all for nothing...They said they cannot help me after we spent the money in the store!! 189.00 for no warrenty! DO NOT SHOP HERE, they will not honor they warrenty!!
Cons: Be careful buying from these small stores!
