I called Jim's office when my other insurance company raised my rates. Kris yelverton picked up the phone and by bundling my auto and home insurance nearly cut my costs in half. Invited my wife and I into the office for a review of everything and showed us how we could save money for our retirement with the money we were saving by switching companies. Very friendly office staff and Kris is always there to answer any questions I have, he really knows what he is talking about. Have recommended him to family and friends ever since. glad i made the move. more

My wife and I each have life insurance policies with Jim Rollo's State Farm Insurance. State Farm's representative Kris Yelverton explained to us the importance of these policies, and handled all aspects of the paperwork associated with each policies. Due to his professional work ethic and customer service, we will be setting up a meeting in the near future to potentially transfer both our home owners, and auto insurance to State Farm. We appreciate the professional customer service and attention to detail that Kris was able to provide us! Well Done! more
