Great Customer Service 9/24/2009

I live in KC so I can't go into the office. I end up calling for questions or concerns. They always are very nice and will answer any question I have. They do a great job with customer service. I have never had to claim anything so I don't know about that side of it, but they are nice. Pros: Really nice in the office more
