We are new to the city and went to Jillian's before the circus at Conseco. We stopped to grab a bite to eat and boy were we surprised! This place was 3 floors!!! The kids didn't want to go to the circus anymore!! The food was great, the kids played games and I kicked my son's butt at air hockey!! We didn't get to bowl due to a xmas party but will definately be back! The server, Richard, did an exceptional job and the food was great! Thanks Jillian's for a great nite!! more

I went here for my bachelor party march 2009. Fully half the games were old with screens that were so fuzzy you couldn't read any text on the screen. Worse than that half the games we played had buttons that wouldn't work, but you didn't find this out till you had already put your money in. The final straw was when me and my 5 friends sat down to the daytona 8 person racing game. We were buzzy and I was so psyched... until the race started and my car wouldn't turn left... on a round track where you can only go left. Not a good start to my bachelor party. the place is great but they treat ppl who work there like no good they don't give them breaks or raies there pay is no good.they dont pay overtime i say they dont go there. they ned to give everyone a raise there say over 10 a hour and 40hrs a week not 25hrs a week when ppl have bills to pay and all the mangers make real good money .if u go there talk to a manger and tell to give rasie more

I've been to jillians 3 times, all three times i was made to feel like i wasn't their preferred clientel, maybe its the dress code (strictly enforced) or the fact that i tend to enjoy less flashing lights and buzzers. The Food is slightly more expensive than surrounding pubs, and the drinks are too. Plenty of games, on multiple floors, separated from the darker more pleasant bar on the first. Everyone working there usually seems to have there mind set on giving their crowd a great exprience. Good place to waste some time, money, goofing off. As s former employee of Jillian's, I can tell you the pros/cons about the restaurant......but I am concerened about the only review left on this site by a man who visited Jillian's once. I must say that yes, patrons are required to pay for bottled water as stated by management....but under no circumstance would any employee of Jillian's push drinking onto a patron who does not wish to consume alcohol. I believe that the man who posted a review should think about the situation at hand and maybe try to understand that Jillian's is a wonderful place for children and adults alike and under no circumstances would push drinking upon another. I am wondering if this patron even tried to food or talked to a manager about the situation. It seems that since he is complaining about his experience online, he took no action to resolve the issue at hand.
