I can't thank Jensen's enough for sending someone out the day I called. The problem was fixed and was done efficiently. They really do what they can for their customers!

Will use again in future 4/17/2012

The crew that Jensen's Plumbing and Heating sent over to the office were extremely kind and really went above and beyond what was expected of them. They explained everything they were doing in detail as they were doing it, so I could be in the loop of what was going on, and they cleaned up after themselves (even mopped up the majority of the mess). The plumbing work they did for the kitchen was awesome, and I couldn't be happier. more

Amazing Employees 10/11/2011

Two of the employees at Jensen's Plumbing and Heating, Paul and Jason, were at our shelter the other day to clean out our grease trap as water was coming up the floor drain. They did a great job, and went above and beyond in helping to clean up the area even after the problem was fixed. They both worked so quickly to get the project completed and help in the clean up. - Roxie K. more

The professionals at Jensen's Heating and Plumbing did a great job in reconfiguring our duct-work systems and fixing the airflow problem. Plumbing Service with a smile 9/27/2011

I would just like to commend the job the Eric and Ben ( two of Jensen's employees) have done unclogging a sewer pipe from a manhole. I live on a really busy street, where teens were driving to high school that morning. There was a lot of traffic, but your men stayed professional while they completed the job. It seemed to be a very difficult and dirty job, but your workers did an amazing job with it and cleaned the sewer pipe. - Billy more

Thorough heating and cooling inspections that save lives! 9/26/2011

The conscientiousness and thoroughness of Jim G. saved my life. My husband and I had construction done on our home over the summer. Little did we know that the construction company unhooked the exhaust pipe that leads to the furnace. During Jim's inspection he noticed this and quickly called me down to see for myself. Thank goodness we had a mild fall so we did not have to use the furnace that much because the furnace was slowly leaking carbon monoxide into our home. If it had not been caught right then, we may have been killed by the carbon monoxide! My husband and I are so happy and owe Jensen's Heating and Plumbing our lives! - R.J.W. more

We love the new furnace 9/21/2011

BEST PLUMBER IN WOODSTOCK!! 9/16/2011

In my Pistakee Bay Home we had enormous plumbing problems. The home has been in my family since the 1950's but was only used on summer weekends. When my parents moved in that house full-time they worked-through the plumbing issues by going to do their laundry in town. When we decided to move into that house there was no way we could ""work through"" the problems so we hired the ""best plumber in town"", $60,000 later the plumbing still wasn't fixed. That's when I turned to Jensen's Plumbing & Heating and everything was fixed right away. I can not be more thankful for them saving our family home! - C.K. more

I would like to recognize Jensen's Plumbing & Heating for the plumbing fixtures and installation that they provided to the Rock The House project. Everything they did was wonderful and certainty helped bring the job together. You can ignore the below review. First, he is reviewing a plumber in Baltimore and not this company. Second he is writing under various pseudonyms at various websites, on a mission to trash the Baltimore plumber's reputation (who is a highly respected and reputable plumber!). That's the great thing about web anonymity -- you can't keep out the crazies! more
