I have to say, purchasing a car from Jennings was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I am a VW loyalist and have mistakenly purchased VW's at some of those other dealerships, never once being treated remotely as well as I was here at Jennings. \r \r There is no pressure here, no games, no bait and switch, no psychological or numerical tricks, no haggling ridiculousness. It's completely smarm-free -- everyone here is genuinely nice, *honest*, friendly and helpful. For real -- I know it's hard to believe but it's true. Everything is laid out clear as day and their top concern is the purchaser's happiness. I was treated like a person, not a checkbook. We bought our very first new car at Jennings....a 2012 TOUAREG!\r \r The experience is everything I was hoping for. Arek, the Salesmen that showed us the car, and dealt with every detail of making the expeience as streamlines as possible, my wife and I know we were making a great decision. Arek, did an amazing job with really listening to our needs, and with twins on the way, we needed a car that was suitable. He explained all the features, and even suggested to bring the car seats with us. Amazing! *This review is based solely on purchasing a new car at Jennings VW*\r \r My husband and I had been searching for a new car for a few weeks by the time we came to Jennings. We had narrowed our options down to two different VW's, both new. Jennings had the exact versions of the cars we wanted to test drive, which is how we came about finding them. \r \r I called them on Saturday morning and asked to schedule an appointment to test drive the cars. We were a little late to our appointment and the salesman who had arranged the appointment was busy. But he immediately introduced to us to Arek Aneszko, who helped us out the rest of the afternoon. \r \r Arek was a great salesman. We had already been to 3 different dealerships by the time we met him, so we had already met almost every kind of salesman there is. Arek was without a doubt the best one. He was knowledgable, professional, courteous and just overall, well, awesome. We had done so much research on the cars that the fact that he was able to tell us things about them that we didn't know already...remarkable.\r \r Ultimately we chose a car that they had on their lot, but not in the color we wanted. Arek promised us he could get the car we wanted within a few days. Despite the alarm bells ringing, we agreed. Fast forward 3 days...Arek delivered. Beyond words! The negotiation was hardly that. Arek offered a fair price for the car and for our trade in. A minor amount of haggling was required for the trade in. Other than that, the process was so easy it was scary. I kept wondering ""is it really this easy"" And it really way. Arek and Paula were honest beyond the meaning of the word. \r \r We even brought our own spreadsheets to punch in numbers with and make sure everything matched up. (you could say I've had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past). The figures matched up to the penny. The entire experience from start to finish was nothing but positive. I would even go so far as to call the experience enjoyable. We have a gorgeous car that we love and have absolutely no regrets.\r \r The day after we bought the car, Arek even followed up to make sure all was well and we were happy and without questions. The customer service level is just stellar. \r \r I have already recommended Arek and Jennings to all of my friends and family, most of whom are not shopping for new cars. So, this is why I'm here. I was treated like a rock star from the moment I entered the dealership. They were extremely friendly, took their time to answer all of my questions and were very efficient. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy or lease a Volkswagen. The staff here is really professional and answered my questions with pretty good details , the price is ok, although it's more than my ideal price i can accept, had fun when we negotiated the price. Any way, i would absolutely recommend this dealership. more

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kerry Leino during my last service visit. What an absolute joy to deal with an individual in the service industry that ""gets it"". Due to the geographical distance from my office to the dealership I am more often than not required to schedule appointments after 6PM. Even in the later part of what I can imagine is a long work day Kerry is attentive to my service needs as if I was her first customer of the day. The entire process was outstanding from the return of my cleaned and vacuumed vehicle to the cashier experience. This is now my third vehicle purchased through Jennings?s, price is always a factor but outstanding service keeps me coming back! more

Sales associate Mike Fezatte provided a particularly high level of service from the time I made my initial purchase inquiry to the vehicle's delivery. Negotiating a sales price was entirely pain free because of Mr. Fezatte's candor and genuine desire to get me into the car I wanted. I ordered a vehicle to my specifications, and Mr. Fezatte provided me with regular updates on the vehicle's manufacturing and delivery timetables. When the vehicle arrived, finalizing the transaction was quick and easy and I drove away with the recognition that this was simply the best new car buying transaction I have experienced.
